  They always have what I'm after. It's that perfect bridge between Costco (a warehouse) and my local grocery store that I walk to. That being said its definitely a car focused store. I only go when I rent a car or a friend goes by car. While this place doesn't really fit my life style I have had pleasant experiences there. The staff always seem friendly! The selection is overwhelming. Vast.

  Huge store, my favorite store to buy my groceries and when I visit I spend time in family, washrooms available as well as changing stations. Several cashiers available and self checkout is a very nice feature. Personal is friendly and knowledgeable. Vast amount of products even from different countries. Meat department is great with nice variety of stock, usually fresh and well priced, seafood department is goof and prices are ok. Recent renovation done making it even greater, points member card available. Haircut saloon available, water station refill as well. Customer service department is big and quickly attended. Parking lot is massive and lots of handicap stalls. Pick up groceries service available and seems to be well welcomed by customers. Liquor store within the premises and gas station as well. Very nice store.

  I wanted to buy a barbecue Grill. I went to the front and asked them if they could find anybody to help me for the barbecue section. Customer service announced three times for someone to go to the barbecue section. No one was there. I waited there 15 mins. Still no one didn’t come.
  Really surprised with so many people working at the superstore they couldn’t find anybody to help me in barbecue section. Really frustrating.
  
  Superstore, you should work on your customer service. I wanted to buy a product but no one was willing to help me ..

  I would like to thank the ladies working Customer Service this evening. July 30, 2018, 8:30pm. The lady answering phones from Customer Service was extremely helpful. She was able to transfer me almost instantly to their price check lady. This lady went above and beyond what I initially expected. I had my question answered within 10 minutes. Friendly, and knowledgeable night ladies. The only reason for not getting 5* was my experiences with other Superstores I visited today. These ladies wouldn't give their names, (I get that), and I wish I could give you ladies the kudos you deserve. Hopefully the time and date will get you that pat on the back.

  The special diets section of this store is wonderful! I wish we lived closer so that I could go often to stock up on healthy alternatives and gluten-free choices! Super impressed by the selection. Bit of a hike to get all around and pick up everything you need, but no real complaints!
