  My husband and I left our girl here over the Christmas holiday. It was her first time at a kennel of any sort! She is a dog that sometimes doesn't so well with others, being the only dog at home and the only one in her previous. The staff have been very accommodating, and patient. Rebecca who works there is an excellent groomer!

  Love this place! 24/7 web cam, clean and friendly atmosphere. I’ve worked in many dog daycare/boarding and grooming facilities and no matter where I was, Muttley Crue was the place I brought my fur kids! Highly recommend.

  Very disappointing groomer. We have been taking our dog here for over five years and at the old location, the positive reviews would be accurate. However the place now has gone severely downhill. The prices have gone up and the cleanliness has gone down. On the visit before last our dog caught kennel cough while in the facility (our dog does not interact with other dogs elsewhere) and most recently we booked an appointment to have our dog groomed to give the place one last chance. After that booking we called back 10 minutes or less later and moved the appointment back 1 hour later. They said that there was no problem with this request and that they moved the appointment. The day prior to our appointment they called and said that the appointment was the earlier one still and we explained that they hadn’t changed it and that it was still in the earlier time slot. After that we explained the reason for us Not being able to make that time slot and they said it was fine if we were late to come. The day of the appointment, we were in fact late to the appointment so they called and said it was no longer okay to be late like we were to our appointment. They were extremely rude and accepted no fault for this mishap. Needless to say, we will be finding a new groomer.

  Just got my little 12 week old toy poodle in for her first ever Groomer Bathtime and Blowdry. The socialization and good experience is so important for a confident little dog. We were taken care of by the amazing Chelsie, who calmed us BOTH down about the first ever bath and fluff experience. I could watch my "little big dog" give kisses and tail waggle at Chelsie through the glass. Puppy loved watching the big dogs walk around, and their calm happy energy. Amazing amazing social experience for her. She came out a sleepy fluffy little marshmallow, with some tidy paws, ears, eyes, and a bit of a sanitary shave. Best first time groom experience for both puppy and me.
