- Maria Cowper-Smith Added 2017-09-18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They unfortunately didn't have any record of my appointment when I called to confirm my booking. This is very irritating! What made it worse was the attitude of the receptionist asking me what I want her to do! What I want you to do is not to cancel my appointment without telling me and give me attitude when I am exasperated with the situation! I can understand mistakes (we all make them), just don't be mean about it!
