Went to pickup up an online order and the associate walked away without a word to us ....... left us standing there for 30 minutes while he went, we found out later, to look for the order. We could have gotten one off the shelf and left in a third of the time it took him. He had no customer skills what so ever. All of a sudden switching to another language in front of us, talking to a coworker, is absolutely disrespectful. If zero stars were an option that is what you would deserve. One is way too much for this rating.
